To ensure eligibility for next day delivery, items must be submitted or lodged by 4:30 PM on the preceding day.

Yes, we have a maximum weight and length restriction of 30kg and 1.5m respectively. Individual service restrictions also apply, such as letterbox-sized restrictions for Tracked Letterbox items.
